1. Introduzione

Questa informativa descrive in modo semplice e trasparente quali dati raccogliamo quando visiti questo sito (iptvdetector.top), come li usiamo e quali sono i tuoi diritti. Il titolare del trattamento è IPTV Player, contattabile all'indirizzo wirevps1@gmail.com.

2. Dati che trattiamo

• Log di accesso (ad esempio indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, dispositivo, data e ora della visita): raccolti in automatico dal servizio di hosting per ragioni tecniche e di sicurezza. Non vengono usati per profilazione.
• ID dispositivo anonimi: all'interno dell'app vengono generate registrazioni con codici pseudonimi (es. identificativi di 8 caratteri) usati esclusivamente per la verifica delle licenze e il conteggio dei clienti. Non permettono di risalire alla tua identità.
• Nessun dato di pagamento: l'app è gratuita e non vengono richiesti dati finanziari per questo sito.

3. Cookie e tecnologie

Le pagine del sito usano solo risorse self-hosted (font Inter e Sora inclusi), servite dal dominio stesso: in questo modo i dati del visitatore non vengono trasmessi a terzi per il caricamento delle risorse grafiche. L'unica memorizzazione locale riguarda la lingua scelta e la conferma di aver letto questa informativa, salvate nel localStorage del tuo browser e rimosse cancellando i dati di navigazione. Il selettore di traduzione apre translate.google.com in una scheda separata: il servizio e le sue policy si applicano solo se scegli tu di utilizzarlo. Il pulsante di verifica integrità dell'APK calcola l'hash del file nel tuo browser, tramite le API crittografiche native: il file che scegli non viene caricato sui nostri server e non viene conservato in alcun modo.

Widget di assistenza via chat. In basso a destra trovi un pulsante Assistenza che apre una chat con l'operatore. Il codice di tawk.to non viene caricato finché non clicchi quel pulsante: prima di quel clic non viene impostato alcun cookie di terze parti. Quando apri la chat, tawk.to carica il proprio codice dai propri domini e imposta cookie propri, che possono riconoscere il visitatore tra una visita e l'altra per mantenere la conversazione e registrare statistiche d'uso. Se preferisci non dare alcun dato a terze parti, non aprire la chat: puoi usare il gruppo Telegram o l'indirizzo email indicati nel sito, che non richiedono nessun tracciamento. 4. Servizi di terze parti

Il sito è ospitato su Firebase Hosting (Google). I download dell'app sono serviti da Cloudflare R2, che restituisce il file senza tracciare l'utente. Firebase è usato anche per due semplici contatori statistici aggregati (clienti registrati e utenti in streaming), letti dal database in sola lettura. La pagina stato del servizio esegue, direttamente dal tuo dispositivo, controlli di raggiungibilità verso Firebase Hosting, verso il database e verso il file su Cloudflare R2: sono richieste tecniche verso i nostri stessi servizi, senza identificativi e senza memorizzazione di alcun dato. I dati di log del server di hosting sono trattati da Google secondo la propria informativa. Nella guida e nel player è disponibile un selettore che apre Google Translate in una nuova scheda; il widget di traduzione non viene caricato sul sito e quindi non imposta cookie. L'unico servizio di terze parti che può ricevere dati è tawk.to, usato esclusivamente per la chat di assistenza, e solo dopo che l'ho aperta tu cliccando il pulsante Assistenza: i dati della conversazione sono trattati da tawk.to come da Google per l'hosting, secondo le rispettive informative.

Contatore delle visite. Il contatore aumenta di uno alla prima apertura di una pagina del sito in una scheda, e di nient'altro. Ricaricare la pagina non lo aumenta: nella stessa sessione di scheda il numero resta fermo, anche passando da una pagina all'altra del sito. Il browser ricorda la visita con un dato temporaneo che viene eliminato quando chiudi la scheda, che non viene condiviso con altri siti e che non contiene nulla che ti identifichi. Riaprire il sito in una scheda nuova conta quindi come una nuova visita: il numero indica quante volte il sito è stato aperto in schede diverse, non quante persone lo hanno visitato. Nessun cookie, nessuna impronta del dispositivo, nessun indirizzo IP salvato, nessun profilo: non viene inviato alcun identificativo. Nell'unico dato salvato sul nostro database c'è un intero per giorno, per esempio visits/2026-09-27. La rilevazione è partita il 27 settembre 2026: il totale mostrato nella pagina di stato comprende quindi solo le visite contate da quella data, senza numeri aggiunti a mano. Nella pagina di stato vedi anche quanti utenti stanno usando il servizio e quanti dispositivi sono registrati: sono conteggi aggregati, senza nome, senza identificativo del dispositivo e senza indirizzo IP. Per completezza: l'incremento parte dal tuo browser verso un endpoint pubblico, quindi una persona abbastanza determinata potrebbe scrivere direttamente su quel ramo del database e falsificare il numero. Non è un dato usato per decisioni, profilo o fatturazione, ma è bene saperlo.

5. Base giuridica e conservazione

Trattiamo i dati sopra descritti sulla base del legittimo interesse a gestire, proteggere e migliorare il servizio. I dati dei log vengono mantenuti per il tempo strettamente necessario e comunque non oltre 14 giorni; gli ID dispositivo anonimi restano attivi fino alla rimozione volontaria della licenza.

6. I tuoi diritti

• Accedere ai tuoi dati e riceverne una copia;
• Richiederne la rettifica o la cancellazione;
• Opporti al trattamento (in particolare per qualsiasi finalità di marketing);

7. Natura del servizio e responsabilità

IPTV Player è un player video neutrale. Non ospita, non trasmette e non distribuisce contenuti: riproduce esclusivamente le playlist, i link e i portali inseriti dall'utente. Il sito e l'app non offrono, non collegano e non promuovono contenuti protetti da copyright.

Responsabilità dell'utente. L'utente è l'unico responsabile dei contenuti che carica, guarda e condivide, ed è tenuto a rispettare le leggi applicabili e i diritti dei terzi.

App di terze parti. Eventuali applicazioni esterne (ad esempio Moviebox) non sono fornite né controllate da noi: sono prodotti di terzi, non affiliati, usati a rischio dell'utente. Non ne incoraggiamo né agevoliamo l'uso per contenuti non autorizzati.

1. Introduction

This policy describes in a simple and transparent way what data we collect when you visit this site (iptvdetector.top), how we use it and your rights. The data controller is IPTV Player, reachable at wirevps1@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

• Access logs (for example IP address, browser type, device, date and time of visit): collected automatically by the hosting service for technical and security reasons. They are not used for profiling.
• Anonymous device IDs: within the app, records with pseudonymous codes (e.g. 8-character identifiers) are generated, used only for license verification and customer counting. They cannot be traced back to your identity.
• No payment data: the app is free and no financial data is required by this site.

3. Cookies and technologies

The site's pages use only self-hosted resources (including the Inter and Sora fonts), served from the site's own domain: this way visitor data is not transmitted to third parties to load graphical assets. The only local storage concerns your chosen language and the confirmation that you have read this notice, saved in your browser's localStorage and removed by clearing your browsing data. The translation selector opens translate.google.com in a separate tab: that service and its policies apply only if you choose to use it. The APK integrity check button computes the file hash inside your browser, using the native cryptography APIs: the file you pick is never uploaded to our servers and is never stored.

Support chat widget. In the bottom right corner you will find an Assistenza button that opens a chat with the operator. The tawk.to code is not loaded until you click that button: before that click no third-party cookie is set. When you open the chat, tawk.to loads its own code from its own domains and sets its own cookies, which may recognise you across visits to keep the conversation going and to record usage statistics. If you would rather share no data with third parties, do not open the chat: you can use the Telegram group or the email address listed on the site, which require no tracking. 4. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). App downloads are served from Cloudflare R2, which returns the file without tracking the user. Firebase is also used for two simple aggregated statistics counters (registered clients and users streaming), read from the database in read-only mode. The service status page runs reachability checks straight from your device: to Firebase Hosting, to the database and to the file on Cloudflare R2. These are technical requests to our own services, with no identifiers and no data stored. Hosting server log data is processed by Google under its own privacy notice. The guide and the player include a selector that opens Google Translate in a new tab; the translation widget is not loaded on the site and therefore sets no cookies. The only third-party service that can receive data is tawk.to, used exclusively for the support chat, and only after you open it yourself by clicking the Assistenza button: conversation data is handled by tawk.to, as hosting data is handled by Google, under their respective privacy notices.

Visit counter. The counter goes up by one the first time you open a site page in a tab, and by nothing else. Reloading the page does not increase it: while the tab stays open the number stays still, even when you move from one page of the site to another. The browser remembers the visit with a temporary value that is deleted when you close the tab, that is never shared with other sites, and that contains nothing identifying you. Reopening the site in a new tab therefore counts as a new visit: the number tells you how many times the site was opened in different tabs, not how many people visited it. No identifier is sent: no cookies, no device fingerprint, no stored IP address, no profile. The only value saved on our database is one plain integer per day, for example visits/2026-09-27. Counting started on 27 September 2026, so the total shown on the status page includes only the visits counted since that date, with no hand-entered numbers added to it. The status page also shows how many users are using the service and how many devices are registered: these are aggregate counts, with no name, no device identifier and no IP address. For completeness: the increment is sent by your browser to a public endpoint, so a determined person could write directly to that database branch and falsify the number. It is not data used for decisions, profiling or billing, but it is worth knowing.

5. Legal basis and retention

We process the data described above based on our legitimate interest in operating, protecting and improving the service. Log data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary and no longer than 14 days; anonymous device IDs remain active until the license is voluntarily removed.

6. Your rights

• Access your data and receive a copy of it;
• Request rectification or deletion;
• Object to the processing (in particular for any marketing purpose);
• Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Nature of the service and liability

IPTV Player is a neutral video player. It does not host, transmit or distribute content: it only plays the playlists, links and portals entered by the user. The site and app do not offer, link to or promote copyright-protected content.

User responsibility. The user is solely responsible for the content they load, watch and share, and must respect applicable laws and third-party rights.

Third-party apps. Any external applications (for example Moviebox) are not provided or controlled by us: they are third-party products, not affiliated, used at the user's own risk. We do not encourage or facilitate their use for unauthorised content.

Rights holders. Anyone who believes their rights are infringed may write to wirevps1@gmail.com: we will act promptly.

The software is provided "as is", without any warranty.

This policy may be updated in the future; the "last updated" date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
